Goodreads is a site worth joining if you have interests in literature. You can log every book you read, post reviews of books, and read reviews of books your interested in. There is also a group feature that you can search for topics or create your own topic. For awhile I wrote reviews like mad on this, but now mostly use it for a book log and to read other reviews. On facebook I must recognize someone’s name to accept a request. For goodreads I accept all, and it’s better that way because you see a variety of reading tastes. I’ve actually emailed complete strangers back and forth on goodreads.
